NAMM Young Professionals and Women of NAMM Announce New Leadership
NAMM Young Professionals (NAMM YP) and Women of NAMM (WON) recently elected new leaders to continue serving NAMM members. NAMM YP has elected two new members to its board of directors: Matthew Kennedy, director of strategic initiatives at C.F. Martin & Co., and Ryan Kotrlik, retail and combo manager at Beacock Music and Education Center. WON named new council members, with Julie Wagnitz, director of school music services for Heid Music, as chair; Morgan Walker, director of communications at Korg USA, as first vice chair; and Leanne Chu, director of supplier operations at Gator Co., as second vice chair.
The Theatrical Sound Designers and Composers Association (TSDCA) announced their eighth annual membership meeting. On June 24 – 26, 2023, TSDCA will hold three days of public panels and discussions regarding sound design and composition for theatre at the Mandell Theater on the campus of Drexel University.
