In the chronicles of our industry, when listing the most technologically advanced, visually audacious concert tours, U2’s Zoo TV is among the top. The 1992-93 video-heavy phenomenon was an ostentatiously staged multimedia experience intended to overload the senses. Whatever the band’s intention, its dazzling use of video left its mark, and that was typical of the work of Video Director Carol Dodds.
