TRING, UK – The first music festival to be promoted by an industry technical production company – Chilfest by Universal Event Productions (UEP) – was declared a success. UEP’s Steve Butcher – who came up with the idea to celebrate the company’s 15th birthday – was “completely blown away” with the response and the outcome. They supplied sound, lighting and video equipment and design for the two-day show.
TRING, UK – Rental specialist Universal Event Productions (UEP) has invested in 12 of Robe’s new Pointe moving lights together with another 10 square meters of Glux-12 LED screen. The Pointes will debut on the two-day 2013 Chilfest music festival staged July 5-6 in Tring. The production design will also feature 60 square meters of Glux, which UEP first had designed and built last year.
BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, UK – Live event technical solutions provider Universal Event Productions (UEP) has formed a new specialist Sales Division as part of the planned expansion of its business. This will focus on supplying a selection of professional audio, AV and lighting products and accessories that are not currently directly available in the UK. UEP Sales will function independently of the design and rentals department, and will be administered via its own dedicated website and telesales phone lines.
