The multi-genre Electric Forest festival ramped up its AV offering this year, with the Sherwood Court stage’s proscenium arch LED screen displaying content powered by Green Hippo’s Hippotizer Media Servers. Visual solutions company Observatory, were brought on board by Leisure Expert Group – the Creative Directors of Insomniac to provide scenic visual content and delivery/VJ services for the Sherwood Court Stage.
Finland’s biggest rap stars descended on the Nokia Arena in Tampere recently to treat more than 10,000 music lovers to a night of pumped up performances, with live action footage and pre-made content on an LED cube and wraparound ticker screens powered by tvONE’s Green Hippo brand of Hippotizer Media Servers.
Country superstar Thomas Rhett’s tour is hitting U.S. arenas and festivals with his mix of catchy, chart-topping songs and an “awesome” lighting and visual show driven by tvONE’s Green Hippo brand of Hippotizer media servers. A vast LED screen is constructed in each venue behind a wall of lighting fixtures, which are rigged on a scaffolding-style structure. Wrapping around the top of the stage, mirroring the thrust, a series of LED panels add height and drama. For each show, Creative Designer Alec Takahashi of BKD plays with depth, texture and layering to create what he describes as a “sense of wonder” with video surfaces.
