IATSE, The Broadway League, Disney Theatrical Reach Tentative Agreement Pending Ratification on Pink Contract 

July 20, 2023 – The Broadway League and Buena Vista Theatrical d/b/a/ Disney Theatrical and the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees announced they have reached a tentative agreement for the “Pink Contract,” pending ratification by the bargaining unit. The respective parties will inform their members of the details of this agreement in the coming days.

Actors’ Equity Association Membership Ratifies New Unified Touring Agreement with The Broadway League

Actors’ Equity Association, the national union representing more than 51,000 professional stage managers and actors working in live theatre, and The Broadway League, the national trade association for the Broadway industry, officially have a new contract governing touring productions, following ratification by vote of Equity membership. Court Theatre of Chicago to Receive 2022 Regional Theatre Tony Award

Actors’ Equity Association and The Broadway League Reach Deal on Safety Plans for Reopening

Actors’ Equity Association and the Broadway League have announced an agreement on safety protocols for Production Contract shows on Broadway and in sit-down productions across the country. This news comes as Pass Over, the first Broadway play set to resume performances, moved into the August Wilson Theatre on Thursday, July 29, 2021 for rehearsals.
