SES Adds Extensive Ayrton Lighting Rig to New Two Cities Church Worship Center in Winston-Salem

Just before Christmas, Two Cities Church in Winston-Salem, NC moved into a new worship center where state-of-the-art production equipment enhances the in-person and broadcast experience for a congregation of some 2,500 people who attend three Sunday services. SES Integration in Mocksville, NC consulted on the design of the new building and, with the support of its SES Production division, suggested a complement of Ayrton Levante, Diablo and Zonda 9 wash lights for the rig. The ‘Give a Damn’ Factor

Jerry Slone, Production Manager for Luke Combs’ World Tour, sees a common thread in all the vendors supporting the trek: a high “Give a Damn” factor. “Mike Brammer’s ‘Give a Damn’ is really high,” Slone says, of the Special Event Services (SES) exec who is providing the tour’s lighting and audio, along with a G2 Structures K2i HD stage as well as trucking through sister company SET. “I would say that about all our vendors,” Slone adds. “Everybody really cares.”

Robe Out in the Middle for Zac Brown Band

In 2021, Zac Brown Band hit the road again with their Comeback Tour, re-energizing a live campaign that had originally started in 2019, rolled into 2020 and then was abruptly halted due to the pandemic. LD Chris Cockrill updated his original design for the fall 2021 tour, keeping Robe Spiider LED wash beam moving lights as a major element in the rig.

NEW YORK — After touring in support of his debut album the past two-and-a-half years — with his own shows and also as the opening act for Taylor Swift’s RED tour — British singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran brought the tour to a close last fall with three performances at Madison Square Garden. Special Event Services (SES) supported the artist’s U.S. shows, including the big final gigs at Madison Square Garden.
