Robe Lights Brazil’s Lollapalooza
SAO PAULO, Brazil – Robe moving lights were featured on the two main stages of the 2013 Brazilian Lollapalooza Festival at São Paulo’s Jockey Club. The principal lighting contractor was São Paulo-based LPL Professional Lighting. Artists rocking the main stages stages included The Flaming Lips, Deadmau5, The Killers, Franz Ferdinand, Queens of the Stone Age, Kaiser Chiefs, Pearl Jam and more.
Robe Installed in Texas Church
MCALLEN, TX – The Family Church (TFC) of McAllen, TX, chose a Robe lighting system for its new 1,400-capacity main worship auditorium. The stage systems for the new auditorium were designed for concerts and broadcasts in addition to the five weekly services. Currently TFC has a web-based ministry, but plans include going to a multisite format, so good broadcast lighting was vital to the final technical plans.
Sweden’s Chalmers University Adds Robe LED Beams
GOTHENBURG, Sweden – Chalmers University of Technology Students’ Union has invested in 12 new Robe LEDBeam 100s to add to its existing stock of Robe moving light fixtures. All the money made by the Students’ Union on staging events is invested into buying new gear.

Robe Chosen for Supernatural Revolution

The Supernatural Revolution event was shot in HD and broadcast globally by KJM, so it needed to look great on camera as well as live.

Ranger Son Eclairage Invests in Robe Products
LONGUEIL, QUEBEC – Canadian rental specialist Ranger Son Éclairage has invested in Robe moving lights, initially buying 16 Robin MMX Spots and then following up with 24 LEDBeam 100s. LD Anthony Ranger of Ranger Son Eclairage has put the fixtures out on a number of projects he is designing, including large festivals, private events and parties.
Phlippo Showlights Adds to its Robe Inventory
ANTWERP, Belgium – Phlippo Showlights has increased its inventory of Robe moving LED lights with more Robe LEDWash fixtures – all to service current work. The latest investment of 32 Robe LEDWash 300s, 32 LEDWash 800s and 120 LEDWash 1200s boosts their Robe LED fixture stock to more than 450 units.

HIGH WYCOMBE, Buckinghamshire, UK – Lighting rental company Siyan has invested in additional Robe MMX Spots to keep up with the demand and to prepare for a busy upcoming calendar of shows. Half of the new 24 MMX fixtures went directly out on tour.
