Transcolor Boosts Rental Stock with More Robe

Leading Polish lighting and production rental company Transcolor has invested in new Robe moving lights and remained busy throughout the pandemic with its five full-size studios and rehearsal rooms which have been utilized for television and movie productions, promo and advertising shoots and other assorted events. Slovenia Eurovision Finds its FORTE

LD Crt Birsa used 66 Robe moving lights including 13 Robe FORTE fixtures for the selection events determining Slovenia’s entry in the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest. Radiotelevizija Slovenija (RTV SLO) staged the talent competitions at their main studios in capital city Ljubljana over three weekends.

Schouwburg is the municipal Theatre in Kortrijk in the West Flanders region of Belgium and is located right at the heart of the city in Schouwburgplein (Theatre Square). Theater Aan de Parade in Den Bosh, Netherlands, has been closed for a complete refurbishment since August 2020 and will be reopened again in 2023. Robe Out in the Middle for Zac Brown Band

In 2021, Zac Brown Band hit the road again with their Comeback Tour, re-energizing a live campaign that had originally started in 2019, rolled into 2020 and then was abruptly halted due to the pandemic. LD Chris Cockrill updated his original design for the fall 2021 tour, keeping Robe Spiider LED wash beam moving lights as a major element in the rig.

British singer-songwriter and poet Arlo Parks has been touring in support of her 2021 debut album, Collapsed in Sunbeams, with a lighting design from MIRRAD’s Tom Campbell that makes use of Robe ESPRITE moving lights.

Robe Lights Rave Rebels XXL Event in Belgium

The Rave Rebels XXL event staged at Palais 12 in Brussels included a set and lighting design from Thomas Boets that centered on 200 Robe Pointes, immersing some 30,000 techno fans over two nights. Boets collaborated on the looks with Rene van Dijk, Kristof Blancquart and Rik Uytersprot.
