Berlin band SEEED was busy playing open-air and festival dates in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (including eight concerts in their home town alone) between May and September. Lighting the Monumental Cathedral Notre-Dame of Laon

DJ and music producer Michael Canitrot presented another innovative Monumental show, this time in front of the incredible Cathedral Notre-Dame of Laon in the city of Aisne in the Hauts-de-France region of France. Canitrot’s Monumental Tour is an incredible journey that germinated from his love of music and monumental architecture and started during the Covid lockdown period, combining streamed live music performances and visual collaborations involving epic, iconic and outstanding monumental sites all around France. ADJ Lights Up Iggy Azalea & Natalia Jiménez at Long Beach Pride 2022

This summer’s Pride Parade in Long Beach, CA was accompanied by a two-day, two-stage festival featuring Iggy Azalea, Natalia Jiménez and more. Islay Events lit the performances with an array of fixtures including ADJ Hydro Beam X2 and Focus Spot 4Z moving heads, Jolt 300 washes, and IP65-rated 18P HEX IP LED par fixtures.

GLP Rides with Die Ärzte on ‘Buffalo Bill in Rome’ Tour

The German band Die Ärzte followed up the release of their 2020 album, “Hell” (“Bright” in German) with “Dunkel” (“Dark”) in 2021. This year, after pandemic restrictions eased, the band supported both albums with their 2022 tour. Production designer Bertil Mark’s honeycomb-patterned design incorporates impression X5 and X4 Bar 20 fixtures along with JDC Line 500 and JDC1 units from GLP.

Roland Greil Uses 450 Elation Lights on Epic Bavaria Sounds 2022 Concerts in Munich

The largest open-air concerts ever held in Munich, and the largest in Germany this year, took place at the Munich Exhibition Center in August with more than 300,000 fans total attending shows by Andreas Gabalier, Helene Fischer and Robbie Williams. Roland Greil lit the epic shows and massive 150-meter wide stage using a rig that included over 450 Elation Professional luminaires.
