TORONTO — A.C. Lighting Inc. named 25-year industry veteran Penny Watier chief operating officer. Prior to A.C. Lighting, Watier held key roles within the sales and rental divisions of Arri Canada, Strand Lighting, William F. White and PS Production Services.
