21st Parnelli Awards Offer Surprises, Emotions, and Winners

Always full of surprises and the unexpected, the 21st Annual Parnelli Awards held on Friday April 14 started out with a big one: Outgoing NAMM CEO/President Joe Lamond was initiated in the Parnelli Hall of Fame. Also getting their due: Roy Lamb (Lifetime Achievement Award), Keny Whitright (Visionary Award), Marty Garcia (Audio Innovator) and more than two dozen others.

The annual Parnelli Awards ceremony is the one night a year we shine the spotlight on those who spend their careers away from it, toiling backstage. A Celebration of the Life of Nook Schoenfeld to be Held in Minneapolis

A Celebration of Life for Nook Schoenfeld will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023 in Minneapolis, MN. The event will take place at The Clubhouse event space on the 3rd floor of Brit’s Pub, 1110 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN, Doors are at 4:00 p.m. and the program will begin at 5:30 p.m. There will be music, remarks, and an open mic from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. For those unable to attend, they will be recording the event & posting it at a later date.

Come down to the pub for a pint, some hearty pub nibbles, live music, & storytelling! The program will culminate in an open mic, so please come ready to share your favorite 5 minute or less story about one of the most loving, vibrant & amazing people in all of our lives. Musical tributes are also encouraged!

Please RSVP if you are able to travel to Minneapolis to Celebrate his huge life. ASAP, if possible so that they can plan space & food appropriately. [For those unable to attend, they will be recording the event & posting it at a later date.]
