Solotech Completes Acquisition of Morris Light & Sound and InteRise
MONTREAL – Solotech, which told the industry of its plan to acquire Nashville-based Morris Light & Sound on Feb. 23, announced March 22 that the acquisition is now complete. Along with Morris, Solotech acquired its system integration division, InteRise.
Morris Light & Sound to be Acquired By Solotech
NASHVILLE – Solotech, based in Montreal, announced plans to acquire Nashville-based Morris Light & Sound on Feb. 23. The acquisition includes Morris’ InteRise systems integration division. Martin Tremblay, Solotech’s president and CEO, made the announcement.
