Maroon 5, Brian Jenkins and Elation Find Their Groove on 2021 Fall Tour

CONCORD, CA – Maroon 5 wrapped an early fall tour on Oct. 8, completing an eight-week return to the road. LD Brian Jenkins used Elation lighting from Upstaging. The pop rock band played sheds across North America in support of “Jordi,” a summer release dedicated to band manager Jordan Feldstein, who passed away in 2017.

Robe Rocks New Year in Las Vegas with Fleetwood Mac, Maroon 5

LAS VEGAS — Fleetwood Mac and Maroon 5 were among the standout acts on hand in Las Vegas to help ring in the New Year. VER provided Robe fixtures for both gigs, at the MGM Grand Casino and Mandalay Bay Resort Events Center, respectively, including Robin Pointes, LEDWash 1200s and LEDWash 600s. Fleetwood Mac performed its regular touring show Dec. 30 and a 70-minute set for a special New Year’s Eve VIP Party that MGM Grand staged for high-rolling guests Dec. 31.

Maroon 5 “Overexposed” Tour Rig Includes Clay Paky Sharpys, grandMA2

LOS ANGELES – Maroon 5’s Overexposed tour of North America includes Clay Paky Sharpy fixtures, which are used as a wall of light upstage of the LED screens; when the screens rotate, 144 Sharpys are revealed. Production designer/artistic director Demfis Fyssicopulos credited the grandMA2 console used for the tour, not just to control the Sharpys, but also “a plethora of media servers and custom Control Freak Systems solutions.”
