Remembering Nook: Family, Friends, and Colleagues Gather for a Celebration of Life in Minneapolis

The crowd gathered to Celebrate the Life of Richard “Nook” Schoenfeld with LD & MC John Featherstone leading the remembrances. Musicians Tom Liebermann on guitar, and Tim O’Keefe on percussion and harmonica added some live music to the evening.

Just a Bunch of Roadies, Partners Focus on Nepal Earthquake Relief

KATMANDU, Nepal – Just a Bunch of Roadies (JABOR) and partners Project CURE are monitoring the situation in the aftermath of the earthquake that struck near Katmandu, Nepal on April 25, 2015. The quake killed more than 6,300 and also unleashed deadly avalanches on Mount Everest and Langtang Valley.

Just a Bunch of Roadies provided supplies including One World Futbols in the wake of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. The relief organization is preparing to help with Typhoon Hagupit as well.

TACLOBAN, The Philippines — On Nov. 9, 2013, Typhoon Haiyan (a.ka. Yolanda), one of the most powerful storms in recorded history, slammed into the Philippines, killing more than 6,300 and leaving an estimated 4 million homeless while also knocking out much of the island nation’s transportation and communications infrastructure.
