The fifth annual Black Joy Parade drew crowds to a four-block section that was closed to car traffic in downtown Oakland, CA on Feb. 27. The roster of performers included headliner Ashanti. Islay Events provided Elation, ADJ and Global Truss products for the Main Stage and Diaspora Community Stage.
