Bristol’s ArcTanGent ‘post-rock and experimental’ music festival kick-drummed its way to its Fernhill Farm location in September with headliners Mogwai and a host of alt-favorites performing amid live visual content. d&b Solutions company Production AV was challenged with supplying, rigging, and operating the LED screens with all content driven by a Hippotizer Amba+ media server.
Sixty million pixels of content is being driven to 18 HD projectors and three LED screens as part of an immersive installation at Poland’s Bieszczady Cultural Heritage Center, with tvONE’s Green Hippo Hippotizer Boreal+ MK2 Media Servers at the core of the visuals. More than 200GB of animated graphics are being handled by the Boreal+ MK2s in a show designed to educate, inform and entertain.
Hit TV series The Masked Singer kicked off its second season in South Africa in April with 16 celebrities battling it out in flamboyant costumes to hide their identities. LONDON – Green Hippo has launched Hippotizer version 3.2 software, available for download from the website. The software offers new features and more than 100 enhancements and is suitable for installation on HippoCritter, GrassHopper, HippoPortamus and HD models.
LONDON – Green Hippo’s Hippotizer media server 3.2 beta software is now available as a public download from the website. It’s Green Hippo’s biggest release in terms of features and fixes since v3. New features include RegionMapper, X-Fade on Layer, Muti-Select, Mackie, Presets2, MaNet, Time Code On-A-Layer and Watch Folders along with smaller features and bug fixes.
