Bandit Lites is thrilled to announce its nomination for Lighting Company of the Year at the 23rd Annual Parnelli Awards. Established in 2001, this award honors “Pioneering, influential professionals and their contributions,” recognizing outstanding individuals, companies, and innovative products.
When Lighting Designer Rodger Pugh, his Co-Designer Craig Richter, and Production Manager Joey Dileo began working on the lighting for Halestorm’s current tour, they collectively developed a clear vision for the show’s final design. Through this collaboration, they came up with a concept that was somewhere between “an ’80s rock show and a ‘90s high school prom.”
The I Prevail-Halestorm co-headline 24-city summer tour wowed fans with a dynamic design by Chris Denholm that featured 40 CHAUVET Professional Color STRIKE M motorized strobe-washes from PGP. Denholm worked with Mathias “Mathes” Kuhn, who designed the Halestorm floor package and co-programed their show with Rodger Pugh. Other collaborators included Anthony Tran, who did most of the video edits; and Jeff Maker, the LD for I Prevail.
