LONDON — American R&B trio, TGT, played London’s iconic Eventim Apollo (formerly the Hammersmith Apollo) on March 27 as part of their “Shirts Off” tour. The rig included Elation’s Platinum Series and other Elation fixtures supplied by English rental company MusicMann. Handling production on the London show was Steve “Shaggy” Wright, lighting, video, and production pro at MusicMann.

Real Life Church in Sacramento Adds Elation, Global Truss Gear

SACRAMENTO – As part of their recent renovations, Real Life Church, based here, added a new Elation lighting system. It includes Platinum Spot LED IIs, Design Wash LED Zooms and Opti QA PAR LED lights along with Opti Tri White LED fixtures, which are used as house lights. The installation also includes Global Truss products.

Stephen MacAurther, VAST lighting systems designer and engineer, steered the church toward Elation EPV762 video panels.

Sagebrush Community Church Installs 100 Elation EPV762 Video Panels

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — For a new worship center that is part of  Sagebrush Community Church, based here, church leaders turned to VAST Technologies, Inc. for a high resolution LED video screen. Stephen MacAurther, VAST lighting systems designer and engineer, steered the church toward Elation EPV762 video panels. The 100 panels are set up as two 50-panel walls, each measuring 10 by 5 feet (WxH).

Travis Tritt LD Derek Parker Relying upon Elation Satura Spot LED Fixtures

NASHVILLE – LD Derek Parker, who has handled lighting design for country music singer Travis Tritt for seven years, has swapped out some of the more conventional discharge spot fixtures in previous rigs with 300W Satura Spot LED Pro moving head fixtures from Elation Professional. Parker was drawn to the fixtures for their energy savings but has been won over by the looks they produce as well.
