VALPARAISO, IN – Chauvet Professional installed an Ovation E-190WW LED ellipsoidal as part of a recent lighting system upgrade at Valparaiso University’s Chapel of the Resurrection. The revamped lighting system was first used during the 2013 Valparaiso University Christmas Concert, which was attended by more than 2,500 people.

The fixtures included 52 WELL 2.0 DMX RGB uplights, seven Ovation E-190WW warm white LED ellipsoidals and ten COLORado 1-Quad IP RGBW LED wash lights.
Chauvet Professional’s Nexus 2×2 (2 rows of 2 LED cells) and Nexus 4×1 (1 row of 4 LED cells) build on the success of the company’s larger Nexus 4×4 panel (4 rows of 4 LED cells). All feature 27W (2A) COB LEDs with a light-boosting reflector design, and all can be used for pixel mapping effects.
LONDON — OneBigStar Ltd, which provided the video, lighting and rigging for Bryan Ferry’s summer Jazz Age tour through Europe, also supported the artist’s round of U.K. performances, which wrapped up in late November. The set featured a video wall backdrop comprised of 36 PVP S7 video panels from Chauvet Professional.
