Cody James and ChamSys Flow on Atreyu’s Baptize Tour

Cody James rose to the challenge of busking through Atreyu’s 29-city Baptize tour, which ended Dec. 16, keeping pace with his client’s metal-driven music with his ChamSys MagicQ MQ80 console. The tour wove its way through a diverse mix of venues, from the Palladium in Worcester, MA and the Majestic in Detroit, to the Skyway Theatre in Minneapolis and House of Blues in San Diego.

Iconic UK Venue Goes Green with GLS Lighting and Chauvet

Having worked with The Brook in Southampton, UK for more than 20 years, local install specialists GLS were brought on board to transform the club’s outdated lighting system. To enhance the stage shows while also minimizing their carbon footprint, GLS specified 10 Chauvet Professional Rogue R2X Wash, 6 Rogue R2X Spot, 8 COLORdash Par Hex 12IP and 4 STRIKE 4 fixtures, all controlled via a ChamSys MQ80 console.

Massive Looks for Queen Relived Tribute Concert in Prague Powered by ChamSys

Queen Relived made its debut in fall 2021 at the O2 Arena in Prague. It brings Queen fans closer to the Freddy Mercury experience as performed by the tribute band Queenie. A total of 16 trucks  transported the show’s gear into the arena. LD Lukáš Patzenhauer used ChamSys’ MagicQ MQ500M for the show’s elaborate looks, which featured a 17-universe lighting and video design.
