TCG Appoints Joshua Henry Jenkins as Director of Marketing


Joshua Henry Jenkins has been appointed as the new director of marketing of the Theatre Communications Group (TCG), the national organization for theatre. Jenkins will be responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing plan that advances TCG’s mission to lead for a just and thriving theatre ecology. The Black Theatre Coalition and Company on Broadway Announce an Apprenticeship Program

The producers of the long-awaited revival of Stephen Sondheim’s Company which opens this week, is pleased to announce a landmark partnership with Black Theatre Coalition (BTC), an organization dedicated to eradicating racial inequities in the theatre industry, in the creation of a comprehensive paid apprentice program for creative and management professionals pursuing a career in theatre. Disney Live Entertainment Provides Funds for Innovative New Program

Liverpool, NY — USITT Executive Director David Grindle announced a new pilot initiative to connect professional producing organizations with rising young BIPOC designers. The inaugural USITT BIPOC Designer Fellowship connected OPERA San Antonio (OSA) with Toni Sterling, who joined the production team of Don Giovanni as the Assistant Lighting Designer.
