Since 2016, the Theatre Communication Group’s Rising Leaders of Color (RLC) program has nurtured, supported, and uplifted 44 leaders committed to initiating and upholding equitable practices in the theatre field. The RLC 2020 Cohort began their program activities just as the global pandemic closed theatres. In this video from TCG, here’s what was on their minds then and what they’re thinking about as we move toward reopening.
