New York, NY (June 18, 2015) —Yesterday Trans-Lux (TNLX) made an announcement on the company’s new design and production facility in Shenzhen, China and new technology partnerships with leading LED suppliers Prismaflex International (ALPRI:FP) in Haute-Rivoire, France, and Squadrat in Schwanstetten, Germany. This exciting news was erroneously reported in the Chinese media and other markets that Trans-Lux has been sold to Barco. This is completely inaccurate. Trans-Lux has not been sold — and is not for sale.
