PHOENIX — LED3 worked with Pro Sound & Video to provide a video display system that would entertain and inform fans of the Arizona Cardinals while tailgating at the NFL franchise’s home stadium here, University Phoenix Stadium. The 8.2 by 14.8 foot, 7mm screen from Absen was chosen for its high resolution, durability and easy operation along with its ability to perform in intense sunlight.

CANFIELD, OH —LED3 partnered with Pro Sound & Video to help the Arizona Cardinals build a fan area inside the gates of the University Phoenix Stadium. The 8.2’ x 14.8’ LED display brings the excitement of football highlights and fan promotions to each home game. The goal was to provide a total football experience to each fan. The display needed to be easily transportable, simple to set up and operate, rugged enough to endure the Arizona heat, bright enough to hold its own against the blazing sun and high enough resolution to show a variety of video and computer signals. John Calcagno, VP of Sales for LED3 worked with Dave Shoemaker of Pro Sound & Video to develop the screen to the Cardinals’ specifications. LED3’s 7mm Absen product fit the bill perfectly.
