LAS VEGAS –  InterAmerica Stage (IAStage) is now offering design and maintenance services for projection systems.

“We are really excited to have Curtis on our team.  He is so well read and experienced in projection equipment, it’s like having a designer, consultant, fabricator, and technician all wrapped up into one,” says Black. Edwards’ expertise is in mechanical and projection system design.

Edwards joined IAStage as an Imaging Engineer in March of this year. He brings 25+ years of projection experience from the themed entertainment industry to IAStage’s table. A regular attendee of InfoComm, Edwards says, “It’s a great way to stay up to date and see what’s new in the field of projection.”

IAStage is already well-established in the entertainment industry, primarily known for SkyDeck™ (a modular tension wire grid system), specialty stage equipment, and rigging.  Expanding the company’s reach to include AV technology is a natural step.

Projection services range from preventative maintenance agreements (PMA) to complete projection system design. Benefits of a PMA with IAStage are:

  • optimal image quality;
  • minimal downtime due to “unpredictable” equipment failure;
  • measured lamp and filter life; and
  • peace of mind knowing that your imaging equipment is in top working condition.
