WEST, TX – Nearly two months after a catastrophic fertilizer plant explosion killed 15 people, injured more than 200 and destroyed structures in West, TX, the Dallas Mavericks and FOX Sports Southwest staged a major event in West on June 15 to support the restoration effort. To ensure that residents had a front-row view of the action, the Mavericks asked GoVision to provide one of its mobile LED units for the festivities. The Argyle, TX-based company sent a 9 ft x 16 ft “GoBig” LED screen, comprised of Daktronics PST-16HD tiles, to ensure that all could see the festivities.
