LOS ANGELES – disguise is excited to announce the opening of its LA collaborative workspace and introduce the newest members of the disguise team.
disguise is used at the heart of some of the world’s most exciting cultural experiences, and in the last year has been used on the MTV VMA Awards, The Grammys, toured the world with The Rolling Stones, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga, supported product launches for the likes of Nike, Facebook and iphone X Launch, and has also moved into the world of film with Passengers, Mission: Impossible – Fallout, and Solo: A Star Wars Story.
With offices in London, New York, Hong Kong and Shanghai, the company is growing its international footprint with a launch of a brand new location in Los Angeles. The disguise LA workspace will be opening in late September 2018, and is located in the Arts District: 421 Colyton Street Los Angeles, CA 90013.
The new space has been designed to be an open collaborative space for the creative community, where users can come together to work on their projects with experts nearby, demo to clients, build out racks for shows, attend disguise training, evaluate new software releases, and connect with other disguise users.
Marcus Bengtsson, Technical Sales Manager, will also be relocating from New York to LA, bringing his expertise in film and the disguise workflow.
Joining the disguise team in LA will be Kim Williams, who has come on board as the new Jr. Training and Support technician for the west coast. She has recently moved to LA from Portland where she was working as a freelance lighting designer in Theatre.
