WALTBUTTELBRUNN, Germany – Steinigke Showtechnic introduces the Futurelight DMH-150; with its 150 Watt COB (Chips On Board) LED module, this spot can be compared to conventional spots of 575 and 700 Watts. Considering the weight (14 kg/31 lbs) and a power consumption of 210 Watts, the DMH-150 makes the competitors look old.
The DMH-150 comes with eight colors as well as seven rotating and seven static gobos, which can easily be changed by slot-in. There is also an effect wheel with 3- or 8-facet prism as well as a frost filter. The prisms can be moved in both directions in variable speed. A motorized focus makes the optic complete, the spot has a beam angle of 14 degrees.
For a wireless DMX control, the DMX-150 offers an integrated W-DMX-receiver. You can choose between 21, 23 and 24 channels. Power connection is realized via Neutrik PowerCon jack – RDM (Remote Device Management) is also on board.
The DMH-150 is predestined for bigger stages indoors and outdoors, especially when factors like power consumption and weight are considered. It will be presented for the first time at the PLS in Frankfurt and it is already available.
A smaller version, the DMH-60, is equipped with a 60 W LED. The differences to the DMH-150 are – apart from the lower lighting performance – dispensing with static gobos and one different effect wheel: The DMH-60 offers a 3-facet prism, a 3-D-prism and a frost filter. In other aspects, the DMH-60 is also a little more economical: It can be controlled by 12 or 14 DMX channels and has a weight of only 10.5 kg/23 lbs, making it suited for smaller and medium venues as well as for clubs.
