Chroma-Q’s Color Charge Plus, a higher-output version, offers 50 percent more output (900 lumens) than the original Color Charge (600 lumens). Its nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) power cell delivers up to 30 hours from a single charge. The unit features wireless DMX control. Up 170 fixtures can be connected on a single network. The wireless range is 100-200 meters.
Features include synchronized effects between units, slave modes allowing simple opposite A/B color effects and a built-in stand-alone playback mode. The Chroma-Q RGBA engine delivers a CRI of 92 and ColorSure technology for color consistency across fixtures. Other features include smooth dimming, a quick focus click mechanism for stepped beam angles and a black body and optional half hat snoot to hide the lens source from view. The unit can be floor mounted or hung from truss via a half-inch nutsert and built-in Kensington lock slot. The Color Charge Plus can also be mains powered and controlled via wired DMX.
