WAUKESHA, WI – Following in the footsteps of Blizzard Lighting’s own Puck Unplugged RGB and Puck Unplugged RGBA battery powered fixtures, comes the latest member of Blizzard’s arsenal of battery operated flat LED par cans: The Puck3 Unplugged.
The Puck3 Unplugged is powered by 9x Edison 3-watt tri-color LEDs. It features the same features as the original Puck 3 with the addition of an internal rechargeable, field-replaceable Intelion intelligent lithium-ion battery system. The Puck3 Unplugged can be powered by either the internal rechargeable battery or direct AC. The batteries can last for up to 20 hours on a single color, 14 hours of mixed colors, and full on for up to 5.5 hours.
Users of the Puck3 Unplugged can also take full advantage of Blizzard’s wiCICLE wireless DMX system without the need for external power thanks to the wiCICLE enabled DMX jacks that come equipped on the Puck3: Unplugged. An innovative design provides power to the system directly from the fixture’s DMX jacks, meaning even fewer cords and less setup time.
Blizzard Lighting’s Puck3 Unplugged builds on the original Puck 3’s success and adds more of everything that made it so popular but with about 10 percent more output from its optimized electronics and optics, quieter fans, and extra protection for the fixture’s 9x 3-watt Edison Edixeon Tri-Color LEDs.
