American DJ’s H20 DMX PRO flowing water effect provides users with a variety of rippling liquid images in six dichroic colors – orange, green, blue, yellow, purple and white. There are also two separate glass effects wheels, each projecting a different water pattern. Since the color wheel itself is independent, users can select one color or have a rotating rainbow of all six dichroic colors. Other features include 0-100% dimming capabilities and two replaceable beam angle lenses (34° and 52°) with focus control. The unit comes with a 50W LED source rated for 30,000 hours of use.
Compatible with any standard DMX-512 controller, the H2O DMX PRO has three DMX channels that manage dimming, glass effect wheels and colors. The unit also has a four-button digital display for easy navigation through the DMX menu, and it can be operated without a DMX controller in Sound Active and Master-Slave modes. For larger spaces, up to five H2O DMX PRO units can be daisy chained together through the DMX links as well as the IEC in/out power links. Additionally, the unit features a 1/4” input for American DJ’s universal UC3 remote control (sold separately), which allows it to be operated wirelessly.
Compact in size, the H2O DMX PRO is designed for reliability with a high-impact plastic case that has plastic molded end “bumpers” for extra protection. It also comes with a hanging bracket and a safety hook on the rear panel.
The H2O DMX PRO measures 11.5” x 8.75” x 4.75” (292 x 236 x 121 mm) and weighs 9 lbs. (4 kg.). It has an MSRP of $559.95.
