5 Star Cases' Euro-Crate has a modular design to help transport irregular shaped items safely and securely. The items are placed in the center of the Euro-Crate base section and then ratchet-strapped to the tie-down points. Sections of protective casing can be stacked before the lid is fastened on top. The Euro-Crate built with a 12mm birch ply carcass with a high pressure laminate (HPL) exterior finish, and with a 30mm aluminium angle to all the leading edges.
The adjustable tie-down tracks are secured to a shock-absorbing sub-base panel, mounted on five rubber dampers for additional protection. Zinc plated or black powder coated hardware is used throughout the construction, and complimented by recessed handles and over-latch butterfly catches. The hybrid valance between the mating sections promise a dust-free seal when in transit.
Intermediate 200mm-high case sections are then inserted to build up to the desired height to fit the equipment being transported into the case. While the Euro-Crate 600 is a standard design, custom sizes and options can be produced.
