SANT'OMERO, Italy — Proel has acquired the Sagitter brand of professional lighting products and its manufacturing plant from Lampo Lighting Designers. On hand for the announcement were, from left, Dario Pezzini, Lampo's owner, Fabrizio Sorbi, chairman of the Proel Group) Roberto Meggiolaro, Proel Lighting product manager and Guido Beladelli, owner of Lampo. Proel said it was drawn to the “meticulous attention to detail,” “lighting power,” “clean and precise colors” and “smooth and fluid movements” of the Sagitter range of products. The company also noted its confidence in Lampo’s quality control, technical support and R&D.
