Noting its status as official supplier of stage lighting and creative video products, Martin Professional said prior to the event that it would be supplying a number of Martin and RUSH by Martin products, including MAC Viper Profiles, RUSH MH 3 fixtures, Atomic Strobes with Atomic Colors, MAC 2000 Wash XBs and MAC Quantum Wash fixtures through production company [LITE]COM Group.
“We are honored and thrilled to be supplying Martin Professional and Rush by Martin products for this year’s Eurovision shows in Copenhagen,” said Villads Thomsen, Martin Professional vice president of global sales. The company provided gear to meet the specifications of LD
Kasper Lange, [LITE]COM Group and Danmarks Radio. “We are proud to help realize the ideas and are thankful to everyone involved in the show,” Thomsen added.
PRG also issued an announcement of its status as official event supplier for the event, supplying lighting and rigging, noting plans prior to the event to supply 144 PRG Bad Boys, 260 GLP Impression X4s, 100 Clay Paky Sharpy Wash fixtures, 290 Showtec Sunstrip Active fixtures, 212 Vari*Lite VL5s, 2,200 meters of truss and 150 chain hoists.
SGM also noted that, in addition to LD Kasper Lange, Per Zachariassen played a key role on the production as the event’s creative director.
