VENTURA, CA – Total Structures announces a two-day Structure Education class featuring structures and hoists, with an optional two-day Columbus McKinnon hoist road technician certification program. Classes in the four-day event, April 15-18, are ETCP approved and will provide credits toward a rigging qualification renewal.
More details from Total Structures (http://www.totalstructures.com):
VENTURA, CA – Last March Total Structures hosted their inaugural outdoor structure educational event to great reviews. As a result of over subscription for the first school, an additional educational event was then held in Las Vegas in October, which also became a sell-out.
In April, Total Structures will hold its first 2013 event, back in Ventura, CA, the home of our company headquarters.
This year’s event will again include two days of structure education; however, we will also be adding an optional two day Columbus McKinnon (CM) hoist road technician certification program.
The four day event will start on Monday, April 15 and will conclude on Thursday, April 18 for those attending both classes. The majority of the course will be held at the Ventura County Fairgrounds; however, a dinner tour of the Total Structures factory and entrance in our first ever Total Structures’ Kart Racing Grand Prix will also be included.
Both sections of the workshop, the structure class and the hoist class, are ETCP (Entertainment Technician Certification Program) approved training programs and will therefore provide qualified attendees with renewal credits towards their rigging qualification renewal. Attending the structure class will provide 13 ETCP renewal credits, with the hoist class providing an additional 12 credits. Attendees who participate in both will receive the combined amount of 25 credits.
