CLEVELAND — The honorees at the 24th Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony have lit up crowds who have, in turn, showed their appreciation by lighting up everything over the decades from butane lighters to cell phones. The rig used to light up the induction announcements for Metallica, Jeff Beck, Bobby Womack and others at the 11,500-seat Public Hall included Coemar Infinity Wash XLs, supplied by Atomic Lighting, Lititz, Penn. The event was broadcast live on the FUSE Television Network and www.fuse.tv.
Atomic Lighting’s VP, director of account management Brad Hafer noted that a total of 36 Coemar Infinity Wash XL lights were used to light scenic pieces and related events, including band showcases with texture and aerial effects. The instruments feature narrow to wide zoom ranges (5 to 84 degrees), moon flower effects and beam’o prismatic effects. LD Allen Branton and crew, Hafer noted, “were very happy with them.”
Coemar gear is distributed by Inner Circle Distribution (ICD).
