Matt DeLong Joins Imperial Pyro & Special Effects as Chief Operating Officer

Imperial Pyro & Special Effects, a leading company specializing in fireworks, proximate displays, sporting events, and custom production announces the appointment of Matt DeLong as COO. DeLong brings more than 25 years of experience to Imperial, and has a distinguished track record in Special Effects, Pyro and working within Themed Environments.

With his beginnings in theater as a Lighting Designer DeLong established himself in the industry with a foundation in design, technical direction, and touring. Prior to Imperial Pyro & Special Effects Matt worked as a Product Manager at CITC FX and Rosco Laboratories in both effects and lighting equipment categories. During that time he worked extensively with high profile clients internationally.

Imperial Pyro and Special Effects recently acquired the Intelligent Fog System (IFS) from Rosco.
