HOLLISTER, MO — Blue Planet Lighting has agreed to acquire Sandor Sound Services Group, forming Blue Planet Audio. Ed Sandor, newly appointed president of Blue Planet Audio, will oversee all departments of the company. Sandor will receive a controlling interest as well as creative control over the Blue Planet Audio division. “Everyone here is excited about this next step in the evolution of Blue Planet,” said Blue Planet CFO Mike Gormley. “Ed Sandor has a very long and impressive history in the business and coupled with the complete backing of Blue Planet, big things are going to happen.
