ALPS Lights Boston Ballet’s Night of Stars 2013

BOSTON — Boston Ballet presented its free Night of Stars performance on Boston Common Sept. 21. The event, which kicked off the company’s 50th season and drew an audience of more than 50,000, was supported by a theatrical lighting package from Advanced Lighting & Production Services (ALPS). The event featured the largest stage ever built on Boston Common, as well as a full live orchestra.

Technical crew included TD/PM Benjamin Phillips, as well as LDs John Cuff, Tina MacHugh and Les Dickert. ALPS President, Steven Way commented, “We are honored to be the theatrical lighting partner for Boston Ballet’s season and wish them continued success as they celebrate this milestone.”
