WHITE PLAINS, NY — The Local Sections of SMPTE, the organization whose standards work has supported a century of technological advances in entertainment technology, announced the results of the 2018 Section Elections on June 1. Those elected take office July 1.

All Associate, Professional, Executive, Fellow, Life, and Honorary SMPTE Members were eligible to vote for the positions of chair, secretary/treasurer, and manager.
