SC Media and Solotech Collaborate with Absen to Transform the Bell Centre with Cutting-Edge LED Solutions

Absen Inc., SC Media, and Solotech, renowned leaders in LED technology and installation, announce the successful completion of the Bell Centre LED project. As passionate hockey fans, SC Media was honored to be approached by the Bell Centre to replace their existing 23mm DIP LED ribbons, solidifying their longstanding relationship as the perfect partner for this prestigious project. The Bell Centre required a state-of-the-art solution that would meet their high standards of service, with a 4mm pixel pitch and exceptional brightness. SC Media, alongside several other manufacturers, presented their proposals, and their Absen solution was ultimately selected.

Overcoming the challenges and complexities associated with achieving top service and seamless integration, SC Media’s engineers worked closely with Absen’s engineers to develop the PSCT4 panel. A total of 995 top service panels of various sizes, were meticulously installed to create two flawless circles with a 4mm pixel pitch.

Furthermore, SC Media undertook the task of digitizing the signage within the Bell Centre. By replacing all the static signs in the 88 vomitories with 470 Absen N3Plus LED panels, a new era of possibilities was unlocked for sponsors, advertising, and fan engagement.

The Bell Centre, known for hosting a diverse range of events including Montreal Canadiens hockey games, demanded a solution that could adapt to their ever-changing needs. The new LED ribbons and digitized signage now provide a dynamic canvas throughout the entire venue, allowing for captivating content that captivates audiences and enhances the overall experience.

The success of this project can be attributed to the seamless collaboration between SC Media, Solotech, and Absen. Project managers, riggers, installers, technicians, and product engineers from all three entities worked in harmony, ensuring a spectacular end result that surpassed the client’s expectations.
