NYC – Pyrotek Special Effects is pleased to announce and welcome Mike Merle as Senior Business Development Manager. Mike is based in our New York office, where he oversees Pyrotek’s business development efforts aimed at expanding our client base in new and existing markets.

Mike joins Pyrotek with over a decade of experience in the concert touring business, touring with artists such as AC/DC, Lady Gaga, Linkin Park, Van Halen, Tina Turner, Judas Priest, and P!nk, just to name a few. Mike also spent several years in the scenic & custom fabrication markets, overseeing account management and business development within the concert touring vertical and, most recently, with Iron Mountain where he drove business development for the corporation’s Entertainment Services Division.
Mike brings to Pyrotek, a wealth of industry knowledge and relationships, which will assist us in our ongoing efforts to continuously improve on our customers’ experience. His strong winning attitude and personality are assets that will complement and enhance Pyrotek’s ability to meet the needs of our customers as we continue to provide quality, innovative special effects to the live event marketplace.
