Among the new features added to HireTrack NX, users can now keep track of incoming email communiqués from customers and/or vendors about job related matters. These new features now automatically receive replies from the recipients and store them in the Job
Book as part of the communications tracking for a job. A salesperson’s job is hard enough trying to keep information straight and clearly communicate with a client AND their operations team, so our plan is to centralize this information in either the Job Book of HireTrack NX or the CRM module as part of the lead or opportunity.” The new email functions work with either your local email server or a whole bevy of popular email systems such as Outlook365® or GoogleMail®.
This new HireTrack NX update also includes new options for the operations team which dramatically speeds the process for prepping your equipment and quickly shipping the order to the customer with a minimum number of screen clicks. Smith continued, “HireTrack NX is the only software that includes tracking the prep process of your equipment before it is delivered to your customer. This prep period can be minutes or it can be days, weeks or months. Our user base has found this function incredibly useful as this is how most companies operate. But some have expressed to us that we could do a better job of reducing the number of times a user has to interact with the software. So, we took that feedback to heart, and have developed new user processes that dramatically speed this procedure to allow for grouping of equipment by cases, and then shipping to the customer with a single click. Our users that beta tested this feature in a live environment could not be more excited.”
Currently, the HireTrack NX software is the only rental software that allows users to develop and write their own queries of the database information stored within the software. Now, users can utilize these inquiries throughout the program as needed along with information color coding for quicker identification.
