LAS VEGAS, NV – Paul Dexter, President and Principal Designer of Masterworks Design, Inc. has recently launched a new website at https://masterworkslighting.com/. The site features a vast photographic gallery, from concept sketches to finished designs to photos of live concerts, of his most recent and archived works. The site also includes a catalog of Dexter’s publications, events, production services and a new blog.
Masterworks’ first website was created in early 2005. Since then, projects ranging from live entertainment, TV and architectural lighting have benefited from the expertise of Masterworks Design, Inc. Those projects and news about Dexter’s ventures were promptly added to the website. Meanwhile, Internet technology has transformed the way we connect businesses, and entertainment lighting has pervaded our social environments from retail to live stage and impressive architectural displays.
The new Masterworks website reflects Dexter’s endeavors, past to present, in a Word Press platform with simple navigation menus and easy access, including social media links to Dexter’s Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.
As background, Paul Dexter is a show director, production designer and writer. He was the concert lighting designer/director for two movies, designed 20 live concert and concept videos and performed with countless live concerts around the world.

Dexter has written extensively for industry magazines, and is co-author, with James L. Moody, of two well-regarded books in the Concert Lighting Series: “Techniques, Art, and Business” and, “The Art and Business of Entertainment Lighting.” The new Masterworks website functions as a brochure site, but also showcases the ongoing tale of one of the industry’s premier lighting designers.
