After two long years, VLS announces the return of its Rotational Internship Program. Positions are available during the Summer and Fall of 2022 at the company’s facilities in Cleveland, OH, Cincinnati (Erlanger, KY), and Pittsburgh, PA.
The VLS Internship Program provides aspiring entertainment industry professionals with a chance to understand VLS’ business and the industry through a comprehensive journey through every department of VLS. From Rigging to Lighting Design, Project Management, Finance, to even Marketing & E-Commerce, the VLS interns get a first-hand look at the comprehensive operations of not only a Production Service provider in the live event industry but, a Systems Integrator and Product Supplier.
The goal of the Vincent Lighting Systems (VLS) Internship Program is to help build the network, skills, and professional development of aspiring early career professionals in the lighting and rigging industry. Most rising professionals in the industry are unaware of all the exciting opportunities in the industry and need exposure to different career paths to better refine their educational and professional goals. VLS creates an environment for the intern where they can experience all different facets of the lighting and rigging business and gain knowledge and experience in each. By participating in the VLS internship their interns have an opportunity to network with other members in the industry and have a greater possibility of an offer of full-time employment at VLS once they complete their educational journey.
