The Conference
This year’s Conference will be an expanded version of the previous ROCU Conference in 2019. The Conference will feature more conference space, sponsored special events, round table discussions, seminars, workshops, The Lenny Awards, networking opportunities with some of the industry’s top professionals, access to our sponsor vendors, and more.
Come out and reunite with the growing Roadies Of Color Family to celebrate our 14 years of commitment to making the industry a better industry for all. They will also be celebrating their transition from just being a social network advocating Diversity and Inclusion to its current status as a Non Profit 501(c) 6 Membership Organization.

Memorial
There will be a memorial service on September 28th for Dwight “Popcorn” Miller, Stage Manager for Earth, Wind & Fire, Joe Schaffner, Production Manager for Aretha Franklin, and some of the other roadie family and friends who have passed on since the last Conference.
