When Jimmy John’s founder Jimmy Liautaub threw a party for his wife Leslie’s birthday, he had one surprise she absolutely did not see coming: a serenade from her favorite musician, the legendary Sir Elton John. Bandit Lites illuminated the stage for the Rocketman’s 12 song set at Nashville’s Supper Club at The Twelve Thirty Club.

“It was a real pleasure to bring the Bandit team alongside Nick Molloy and his Jag Warner team for this one-of-a-kind event,” said Allen Deneau, Bandit Lites Client Representative. “I’m proud of the work that we put in to get a product the client would love.”

Bandit provided a sleek system comprised of Ayrton Mistral S, Martin Sceptron VDO 10-1000mm, Martin MAC Auras, Mega-Lite Circa Scoop LED, and CHAUVET ColorDASH Accent 3 as well as a grandMA2 lite console for control. The intimate performance began after dinner, where Sir Elton John opened with “Your Song,” followed by other iconic songs including “Candle in the Wind,” “Tiny Dancer” and “I’m Still Standing.”

“(Project Manager) Matt King performed his wizardry to take the client’s vision and make it a reality that was powerful but also easy to work with,” concluded Deneau. “Ben Boney made sure the lighting was set up and working perfectly and handled the lighting portion following Elton John’s performance. The end result was nothing short of excellent.”
