Distributed lighting control continues to see advances in ETC’s Unison Echo line. The EchoTouch touchscreen controller offers effortless, stylish control of color, sequences, and presets from a user configurable touchscreen. Other advances in the Echo line include Demand Response; simple UL924 implementation for distributed power solutions; BACnet integration, and more.
ETC’s newest distributed power control product, Unison Foundry, makes its Lightfair debut. Foundry is a line of DMX-controlled mini-panels, dimmers, and relay controllers. Foundry products are the perfect partners for Unison Paradigm, Mosaic or any DMX control system, helping users create complete lighting and plug-load control packages that provide simple energy saving features.
ETC’s Unison Paradigm receives an upgrade with energy monitoring features to track every watt, as well as Demand Response capabilities.
ETC’s expertise in architectural fixtures also shines through this year. The new Irideon WLZ is a sleek architectural wash light with an innovative and powerful zoom that lets users dial in the look they like, anywhere from 9-78 degrees. The GDS by ETC brand reveals a bevy of new products at the show as well. New Fade to Warm technology for their ArcSystem and ArcLamp lines allows fixtures to mimic an incandescent red-shift as they dim, allowing venues to reap the benefits of LED technology while keeping a classic look. A 277-volt option for all ArcSystem fixtures allows the fixtures to easily fit into more retrofits and commercial spaces. ArcSystem RDM brings less configuration and a simpler setup of stellar ArcSystem fixtures thanks to DMX/RDM drivers that require no wireless configuration. New ArcSystem Pro One-Cell Small fixtures offer the same quality, performance, and output of the One-Cell Pro, with a smaller 4-inch aperture; and ArcSystem Pro One-Cell Micro takes it even further, with a 2-inch aperture plus support for the complete range of ArcSystem control options.
