LED Video Reaches New Heights at Burj Khalifa, with Assist from SACO and disguise

DUBAI – At 2,722 feet in height, the Burj Khalifa has reigned as the tallest building in the world since the structure was completed in 2009. Partially clad with SACO LED video in time for NYE 2018 and expanded with permanent LED displays for NYE 2019, the building now features the Guinness-recognized biggest and tallest LED display in the world, with SACO screens driven by disguise servers.

ROE Visual LED Wall Brings Grand Foyer at The Star Casino to Life

SYDNEY – The Star Casino in Sydney has unveiled its Grand Foyer experience combining LED screens, water fountains, lasers, light and live performances to wow the 20,000 guests who pass through daily. Ramus Illumination turned to Big Screen Projects to supply the LED component for the $22 million Grand Foyer refurbishment project — a crescent-shaped video screen incorporating Black Onyx LED panels from ROE Visual.

Avolites Ai Drives the World’s Largest Permanent Video Projection Installation

QATAR – Avolites notes that the National Museum of Qatar is using nine Avolites Ai Q3 servers to process 21 billion pixels of video projection content every second to support what Avolites is calling the world’s largest permanent video projection installation. The nine Ai Q3 servers are running alongside another 163 Ai Miami software licenses, running on 1U 8K media servers custom designed by the London-based visual technologists, RES.
