CT Supplies AV Gear for the Inaugural European Games In Baku

BAKU, Azerbaijan – The inaugural European Games, an international multi-sport event for athletes devised by the European Olympic Committee took place in Azerbaijan’s ancient city Baku in June and featured 6,000 athletes from 50 countries. Creative Technology’s Sports Technology provided the entire AV infrastructure for the 20 competition venues and media/athlete areas.

Barco Stages Massive Projection Mapping for Electronic Opus

RANCHO CORDOVA, CA – Barco gear supported the multi-faceted Electronic Opus, part of Miami Music Week earlier this year. Volvox Labs designed and built a 52’ x 13’ topographic wall as a video mapping surface for the event, which featured the work of EDM artist, film composer and technologist Brian Transeau (BT).

Christie Digital Partners with the Urban Digital Laboratory of the Quartier des Spectacles

MONTREAL — The Quartier des Spectacles Partnership announced its collaboration with Christie Digital System on June 10, 2015. The relationship involves the supply of projection equipment for the Urban Digital Laboratory (UDL), which presents digital works in the Quartier des Spectacles. The arrangement makes the California-based company, whose Canadian headquarters is in Kitchener, Ontario, the UDL’s official major partner.

TDC Supplied Audio, Visual, and Technical Gear to Vivid Sydney 2015

SYDNEY, Australia –TDC  Technical Direction Company returned to Vivid Sydney from 22 May to 8 June 2015. With an opening weekend attended by more than a quarter of a million people, TDC provided video expertise in cutting edge mapping techniques and key video technology across an unprecedented 10km distance as the 18-day festival expanded into new Chatswood and Central Park precincts.
